Sparks Wheels — warranty coverage
- 5-Year Manufacturer Warranty — covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.
- Lifetime Structural Warranty — against structural failure of the forged wheel under normal road use, for as long as you own the wheels.
Sparks’s wheel warranty is offered only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
Before installation: please make sure all wheels are test-fitted for proper fitment and brake clearance on your specific vehicle prior to mounting tires or driving. Wheels damaged from improper fitment, clearance interference, or mounting are not covered by warranty.

Big brake kit warranty
Coverage details for big brake kit components (calipers, rotors, brackets, hardware, brake lines) are confirmed per order on your invoice. Email support@sparkscustomparts.com for the current coverage terms before ordering or to file a claim.
What’s not covered
- Track use (autocross, HPDE, lapping days, time trials, drag strip)
- Damage from impact, debris, curb strikes, or improper installation
- Normal wear — pads and rotor surface are wear items
- Cosmetic wear from brake dust, road grime, or heat discoloration
- Wheels installed without proper test-fitting for clearance
How to file a claim
Email support@sparkscustomparts.com with your order number, photos of the issue, and a brief description. We respond within one business day with next steps. If we agree it’s a warranty claim, we ship a replacement and email you a return label for the original part.
Custom-color and custom-spec items
Custom-color calipers and wheels carry the same structural warranty on the underlying part. Email support@sparkscustomparts.com for current terms on the custom finish itself.
