Every wheel above is one-piece forged.
Aerospace 6061-T6 billetX-ray inspection at the forge before it enters the forge. No hidden inclusions, no porosity.
10,000-ton forging pressGrain-aligned under extreme pressure at 480–520°C. 1.5× stronger than cast wheels, 25–30% lighter.
5-axis CNC at 0.02 mmHeld tighter than OE tolerance. T6 heat-treated to 310 MPa. Engineered to DOT, JWL, VIA, and TÜV standards.
