These Terms govern your use of sparkscustomparts.com and your purchase of products from SparksCustomParts (“we,” “us,” “our”). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
Products and pricing
All products are sold subject to availability. Prices, specifications, and product descriptions are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order — you will receive a full refund if we do.
Pricing errors: if a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical or system error, we reserve the right to cancel orders placed at that price, with a full refund.
Orders and payment
Payment is processed by Stripe at the time you place your order. We accept all major credit and debit cards. Your order is confirmed when payment clears; you will receive an order confirmation by email.
Sales tax is calculated and collected based on the shipping address. Where required, we collect tax automatically through Stripe Tax.
Shipping and delivery
Standard lead times are 2–4 weeks for brake kits and 4–8 weeks for wheel sets. Custom-finish orders add 2–3 weeks. We ship to addresses in the United States via UPS Ground or LTL freight depending on package size. International orders are handled by quote — email us for a freight estimate.
Title and risk of loss pass to you when the carrier accepts the shipment. If a freight shipment arrives damaged, please follow the inspection process described on our Shipping & Returns page.
Returns and refunds
See our Returns Policy for full details. In summary: all sales are final. Every kit is built to your specification (caliper, rotor size, finish, brand, diameter, width), so we don’t accept change-of-mind returns. Exceptions: manufacturing defects under the 1-year warranty, freight damage reported within 48 hours, and order errors on our end. You can cancel within 24 hours of placing the order, before production begins.
Installation, warranty, and limitation of liability
Our products are aftermarket performance parts intended for installation by qualified technicians. Installation instructions are provided but installation itself is your responsibility. Improper installation can void the warranty.
Products are warranted against manufacturing defects for one (1) year from the date of delivery. The warranty does not cover normal wear (rotors, pads, finish wear), damage from track use, improper installation, or modification.
Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SparksCustomParts is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our products or the Site. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
Trademarks and intellectual property
Ford and Explorer ST are trademarks of Ford Motor Company. SparksCustomParts is an independent retailer and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Ford Motor Company or any other vehicle or component manufacturer. All product names, logos, and brands referenced on the Site are property of their respective owners.
The Site's design, text, images, and other content are owned by SparksCustomParts or our licensors and protected by copyright. You may not copy, modify, or distribute Site content without our written permission.
Off-road and track-use disclaimer
Some products sold here are designed for off-road or track use only and may not be street-legal in your jurisdiction. It is your responsibility to comply with local laws regarding vehicle modifications. We do not warrant that any product complies with the laws of every state or country.
Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your purchase will be resolved by binding arbitration in Michigan, except that either party may bring a small-claims-court action.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted. Material changes will be highlighted on the Site for 30 days.
